Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager (PM) is the company's "management representative" to the various stakeholders on the project (e.g., owner, design team, trade partner management, AHJs, etc.) and is responsible for the safe completion of their projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards and to the customer's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety is properly incorporated into job planning and execution.
- Promote accountability among staff members and trade partners as it relates to the project safety policies.
- Enforce these policies by actively participating in all safety-related functions.
- Manage pre-job planning activities and coordinate the mobilization effort and start-up activities.
- Manage project purchasing and contracting.
- Maintain open communications with all project stakeholders and work to resolve issues in a collaborative and efficient manner.
- Monitor project costs and schedule progress.
- Support the Project Superintendent (PS) in the execution of the project quality control plan.
- Manage trade partner relationships and issue resolution.
- Mentor, train, and develop employees in all aspects of their careers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field with a minimum of five to ten years commercial design-build project management or construction management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Consistent and competent judgement.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail while working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Primavera P6 or Asta, Prolog and Bluebeam.
- Strategic resource allocation and asset management.
- Proven management capabilities having demonstrated the ability to delegate tasks and motivate direct reports.

- Preferred qualifications include OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30.

Pay
Compensation Range (Colorado Only): $103,170 - $114,030.
Schedule
Moderate Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.
