About the role
This role leads medium-to-large projects through the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and control processes.
- Cook up coordination efforts across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, risk assessments, and project updates.
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing projects through the full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- A minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct reporting authority.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organizational levels.
