Description We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver manufacturing projects in a dynamic industrial environment. In this role, you will drive capital projects, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitions while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across U.S. and Mexico sites to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-impact results. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, including equipment installations, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitionsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure alignment with plant operations, safety, and production schedulesApply continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and reduce wasteUse data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsTrack and communicate project performance across cost, quality, delivery, and safety metricsCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teamsCoordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and MexicoIdentify and mitigate project risks impacting safety, quality, and productionManage project budgets, including capital expenditures and ROI trackingProvide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Who You Are You analyze situations by asking the right questions and using data to guide decisions. You consistently deliver on commitments and navigate complex organizations to drive results. You effectively plan and prioritize work, ensuring alignment with key milestones and objectives.
