About the role

As a Project Manager, you will join the Project Management team under the direction of the Director of Operations. You will ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating internal resources, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and support internal resources for project execution.
  • Manage resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, recommending course corrections as needed.
  • Drive decisions to closure with project teams and stakeholders, updating plans accordingly.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs from project ship date.
  • Use management tools, communication plans, and risk management techniques to ensure rigorous project planning and execution.
  • Manage relationships with clients, third parties, and vendors.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Establish a measurement and reporting framework to review progress with stakeholders and upper management.
  • Coordinate communications and technical support between Fives Landis Corp and customers.
  • Manage the Machine Revision (MRE) process with Proposal Engineering to add customer options.
  • Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures; participate in and support the Fives Landis Corp safety program.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent Fives Landis Corp as an industry leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Project Management.
  • Experience with high precision machining is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; experience with Microsoft Project and SAP is a plus.
  • Self-starter committed to an innovative work environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Pay

Salary range: $77,000 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience).
