Our platforms help universities manage clinical education, accreditation, assessments, placements, and program operations. We partner with Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant, Social Work, Counseling, Pharmacy, and other allied health programs to empower educators and students alike. We're looking for a Project Manager – Customer Experience to help shape the future of healthcare education by driving customer-centric initiatives, supporting product innovation, and collaborating closely with academic institutions and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience and drive product adoption.
• Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of accreditation and assessment workflows that support health sciences education programs.
• Develop customer-facing content including webinars, training sessions, documentation, and educational resources.
• Prepare business reviews, executive summaries, and project updates for Customer Experience initiatives.
• Represent Exxat at industry conferences and events while building relationships with academic partners and sharing insights on emerging trends in healthcare education.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within healthcare education, higher education, Customer Experience, EdTech, or a related environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience preparing executive presentations and business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Health Sciences (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Faculty experience within a Health Sciences education program is highly preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development, programmatic assessment, and accreditation processes.
• Candidates with strong project management experience and higher education/academia experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Nursing discipline experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, EdTech, Learning & Development, or healthcare education technology platforms (such as Exxat or similar) is a plus.
