Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading enterprise in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting multiple enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise application projects within the centralized PMO.
• Transition knowledge from current project managers and assume ownership of active initiatives.
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting for 5+ concurrent projects.
• Oversee enterprise application deliveries supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise application projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong risk and issue management skills, with familiarity in PMO methodologies and project governance.
• Experience supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and business system initiatives.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
