Project Manager

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Promotes safe behavior and adherence to the safety rules on the project.
• Supports regions in meeting or exceeding reliability goals (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI) by leading bi-weekly reliability meetings with networks.
• Manages the project team to develop and execute projects in accordance with corporate standards, ensuring team members fulfill their roles.
• Develops and maintains the Quarterly Reliability Plan and ensures projects are executed in adherence with this plan. Manages project documentation and coordinates efforts with all project participants.
• Maintains accuracy and updates information in the ARC database for assigned regions and networks at least bi-weekly.
• Provides clear, timely, and accurate project status reports for management. Prepares reports and presentations as needed.
• Identifies and addresses project issues promptly and communicates them to appropriate leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum experience: 0-5 years experience in Distribution, Substation, or Transmission.
• Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities: Safe performance history, active safety involvement, negotiation, interpersonal, and group communication skills, planning, organization, time management, computer proficiency, and Microsoft Office software.
