Position Overview The Project Manager owns assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout—leading planning, scheduling, financial performance, field coordination, and client relationships. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Dvorak’s quality standards. You’ll partner closely with field leadership, Project Assistants, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful outcomes while building strong internal teams. What You'll Do Lead projects from startup through completionManage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costsOversee billing, change orders, and financial performanceSupport field teams with timely communication and planningBuild strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionallyEnforce safety and quality standards across all assigned projectsDirectly supervise Project Assistants and support team developmentUtilize Vista, ProjectSight, and Trimble to maintain job information and reporting What We're Looking For 5–7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership as a Foreman/LeadStrong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administrationConfident communicator and team leaderProficiency with construction/project management software License/Certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)Associate's degree in Construction Management/Engineering OR Journeyman/Master License OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR (preferred) Why You'll Love Working Here Strong safety culture and clear expectationsOpportunities for growth within a premier heavy electrical contractorSupportive, family-oriented team environmentCompetitive pay and benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year (based upon experience) Work Location: In person Benefits 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance Dvorak, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
