About the role

The client is a global biotech company seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the North Carolina Organizational Strengthening Workstream, ensuring alignment across leadership teams, operational stakeholders, and support functions. It supports organizational readiness, capacity‑building initiatives, process alignment, talent strategies, and sustainable operational improvements designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities for the ANC Organizational Strengthening Workshop.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate workshop sessions, strategic discussions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and follow‑up action planning.
  • Drive organizational strengthening initiatives focused on workforce planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and process optimization.
  • Track project deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and escalation items to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop communication strategies and reporting tools to provide updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to encourage adoption and organizational alignment.
  • Create workshop materials, dashboards, meeting documentation, and post‑workshop implementation plans.
  • Identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and resource needs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure workshop outcomes translate into actionable execution plans.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma / GED + 10 years of relevant experience
