About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects of greater scope, valuation, and complexity, often involving larger teams than those typically managed by a Project Manager. This role includes managing client relationships to create positive experiences that lead to future work. Projects may include multiple subcontracts and integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology components.
Responsibilities
- Direct and ensure the performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects.
- Manage client relationships to foster positive experiences and secure future work.
- Lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors, on complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams, including subcontractors.
- Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction.
- Minimum of 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.
