About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects of greater scope, valuation, and complexity, with larger teams than those typically managed by a Project Manager. This role includes client relationship management to create a positive experience that leads to future work. Projects often involve multiple subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
- Direct and perform consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects of significant scope, valuation, and complexity.
- Manage client relationships to ensure a positive experience and future work opportunities.
- Lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams, including subcontractors.
- Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction.
- Minimum of 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.
