What You'll Do
- Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing
- Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed
- Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery
- Coincordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems
- Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed
What You'll Need
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings
- Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
Your Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Additional education, training, or equivalent experience is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development is required
