Responsibilities
- Hold responsibility for profitable project management, owning project scope, cost, schedule, timeline, delivery, and installation execution.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and with customers.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, demonstrating leadership agility for positive client outcomes.
- Drive standardized deployment through work instructions, procedures, and guidance.
- Establish reporting measures for cost, profit, and completion.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence innovation in the solution portfolio.
- Travel up to 30%, including some international travel.
- Perform field installation and commissioning at customer sites in various environments.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- 10 years of professional experience in a technical role, with 5 years in a formal Project Management capacity.
- Experience managing instrumentation projects for large industrials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to establish trust, credibility, and influence.
- Strong analytical skills and creative troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.

Physical Demands
- Role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Required to walk in customer field locations, which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and various weather conditions.
- Must use tools to install indicators on machinery and perform simple field wiring.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with international hazardous area standards (e.g., CSA C1 D2 / ATEX / IECeX).
- Experience with global markets (e.g., Latin America, Middle East, Asia Pacific).
- Familiarity with reciprocating machinery and machinery condition monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of industrial wireless applications and protocols.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
