Project Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordination of resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting meeting agenda, and capturing meeting notes, and tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.
• Create and manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as needed.
• Monitor progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and escalate risks / issues.
• Run calls, visit/ act as a liaison with vendors, defining scope, gathering requirements, testing, and handling reviews/approvals of deliverables.
• Manage vendor's documentation and versioning (archiving files) including design reviews and approvals, payments and quotes, layouts, and all files.
• Aiding with events management and coordination of details start to finish- including planning agenda, participants, venue, and capturing takeaways. Then following up on actions items.
• Managing development of projects' publications including company Newsletters.
• Providing strategic inputs on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, materials management, and other initiatives.
• Stakeholder integration and resource planning, as well change management on projects.
• Support teams with checklists, standard processes development details, and useful resources.
• Create and manage documents on MS Teams and SharePoint.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate Projects Management.
• CAPM Certified or PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college university is required.
• Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Hands on, independent, focused on completing all projects timely.
