Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Define project objectives, oversee quality control, and manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Represent CESO in all project-related communications with clients from initial effort throughout the entire course of agreement activity, and in post-agreement marketing activities.
- Prepare proposals, manage team quality, productivity, and actions.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communications.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.
- Develop and monitor project work plans, including task assignments and deliverables.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead internal project meetings and client presentations; prepare progress reports and other project documentation.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and project interviews.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Supervise direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field, or 10 years related experience and/or training.
- Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.

Pay
$85,897 - $167,023 per year.
