Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead project execution and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
  • Track and report project performance using established KPIs and metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in Insurance.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, testing, release management, and change management processes.
  • Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $90,000 to $95,399. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
