Project manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress, issues, and risks.
• Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet our high standards of quality.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid organisational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay

A competitive salary of $27 - $35 USD per hour.
