- Experience in real estate development, including affordable and multifamily/attached residential experience
- Strong academic background with a college degree
- On-the-job experience in the development of complex projects
- Experience in conceptualizing, site planning, and programming multifamily developments
- Proven experience in all phases of the new construction development process
- Experience in developing and executing community outreach programs
- Proven real estate finance expertise in rental and low-income housing tax credits
- Ability to manage internal and external teams on development projects
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferred MBA or equivalent degree in business, real estate, architecture, planning, or finance
- Knowledge of market dynamics and real estate values in Southern California market
- Valid CA driver’s license
