About the role
We're partnering with a growing commercial construction company that is expanding its project management team. This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee high-profile commercial flooring projects while working alongside experienced leadership in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Award and manage subcontractors and installation crews
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
- Manage project budgets, committed costs, and profitability
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices
- Prepare and price change orders
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, suppliers, and internal staff
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular progress meetings
- Monitor installation quality and address field issues
- Resolve schedule conflicts and project challenges
- Work closely with estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field operations
- Review and approve project billings and pay applications
- Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
- Experience with ProCore
- Experience with Bluebeam
- High preference for experience in commercial construction and multi-family projects
- High school diploma

Pay
Salary Range: $75,000–$105,000+ / Year DOE
