Project Manager

About the role

A Project Manager is sought to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. This role requires expertise in both estimating and bidding, with a focus on industrial or commercial sectors. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, which may range in size and complexity. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential, as collaboration with subcontractors and clients is a key aspect of the position. Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management from A-Z
• Manage project budgets and estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Establish and maintain customer relations
• Conduct site visits for project assessments
• Ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager with commercial or industrial experience, including estimating and bidding
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, with formulas required
• Mechanical engineering thinking or aptitude is preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year
