Project Manager

BlackFire Signs is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA!

Responsibilities

• Oversee sign projects from initial concept and design approval through fabrication and installation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Cook up schedules and workflows between design, production, and installation teams
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and issues proactively
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in signage, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret design files, blueprints, or production specifications is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required
