Project Manager

Job Summary

Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Principal Responsibilities

• Oversee high-risk, complex mitigation projects while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD, and DOT requirements.
• Execute PD instructions regarding payment terms, collect outstanding A/R, and request payments upon substantial completion of work.
• Provide technical explanations to clients and adjusters, and coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Manage projects, work orders, and forecasting using Salesforce.
• Cook off-site emergency services, including board-ups and water damage.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Proficiency: MS Office, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Salesforce.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in Superintendent/Team Management covering all phases of construction/mitigation.
• Certifications: Current IICRC AMRT certification, OSHA 30-hour construction course, and a valid State Driver’s license are required.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26,000 GVW is necessary.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Must be able to meet OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical clearance, wear a respirator, and lift/carry 50 pounds.
• The role involves frequent site visits to environments that may be wet, dusty, or hazardous.
• Travel throughout the State of New Jersey is required, including availability for odd hours, weekends, and holidays.
