Project Manager

Pay Rate: $50-60/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Location: Remote (PST)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and creative Project Manager to provide hands-on operational support for recurring user studies. In this role, you will partner closely with the Science & Engineering User Validation Lead, Science & Engineering teams, Frontend teams, Platform teams, and study participants to ensure studies are well planned, smoothly executed, and translated into actionable product improvements. You will also provide business management support as organizational priorities arise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate recurring user studies, including timelines, participant selection, objectives, milestones, and logistics.
• Partner with Science & Engineering teams to identify and generate reports for evaluation.
• Create and manage feedback collection processes using Google Forms, Google Sheets, or in-product feedback tools.
• Coordinate participant communications, scheduling, invitations, and follow-up activities.
• Facilitate user study sessions and ensure productive participant engagement.
• Synthesize feedback into key themes, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain a feedback backlog and monitor action items through implementation.
• Provide flexible business operations support, including planning, reporting, stakeholder follow-up, coordination, and operational tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, User Research Operations, Product Operations, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience planning and executing user studies, workshops, pilots, evaluations, or similar engagement programs.
• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, or similar project management certification/training.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Tableau, Google Forms, and Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting Science & Engineering teams is highly preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
