About the Role
Leading complex cross-functional and global projects. You will lead project calls, assign work, and manage projects to timeline and outcomes.
- Stakeholder management—lead stakeholder sessions and maintain open communication with management regarding potential issues.
- Create project-related process documents.
- Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines).
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Green Belt Certified.
- PMP Certified.
- In-depth knowledge and experience solving complex problems; ability to take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Works independently with minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
- Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
- Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.
Schedule
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in-office (Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites); Monday and Friday work from home.

Pay
Annual hiring range: $102,900.00 - $160,291.65. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
Location: Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building). Full-time role.
