Who we’re looking for
Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a strong manager. If you have a background in large format digital color printing, then this might be a job for you.
What You Will Do
- Oversee project workflow from start to finish.
- Supervise and support production staff.
- Cook up and support the estimating and sales teams daily.
- Build strong client and vendor relationships.
- Manage inventory and purchase requests.
- Coach and cross-train team members.
- Implement and monitor production tracking and quality systems.
- Maintain production records and analyze results for process improvement.
- Oversee project installations and estimating team.
- Ensure timely project completion and manage employee schedules.
- Handle employee timecards, safety protocols, and conflict resolution.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings with teams.
Requirements
- Minimum (3-5) years’ experience in large format print production management or supervisory role.
- Complete working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx RIP, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.
- Solid working knowledge of large format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
