Project Manager

Who we’re looking for

Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a strong manager. If you have a background in large format digital color printing, then this might be a job for you.

What You Will Do

• Oversee project workflow from start to finish.
• Supervise and support production staff.
• Cook up and support the estimating and sales teams daily.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships.
• Manage inventory and purchase requests.
• Coach and cross-train team members.
• Implement and monitor production tracking and quality systems.
• Maintain production records and analyze results for process improvement.
• Oversee project installations and estimating team.
• Ensure timely project completion and manage employee schedules.
• Handle employee timecards, safety protocols, and conflict resolution.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings with teams.

Requirements

• Minimum (3-5) years’ experience in large format print production management or supervisory role.
• Complete working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx RIP, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.
• Solid working knowledge of large format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
