Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate architectural and engineering projects, from planning through completion of construction documents.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead multi-discipline teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.
- Lead design reviews, QA/QC analysis, and oversee deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
- Review contracts, approve invoices, and participate in site visits
- Mentor assistance Project Managers and foster professional growth.
- Manage project designs across the nation
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: 6+ years in building design as a project manager.
- Licensure: Licensed Engineer or Architect (PE or RA required) is preferred. PMP certification desirable.
- Federal and private sector healthcare experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, Newforma, ACC, MS Project, Deltek or BQE.

Pay Range
$110,000.00 Annually to $170,000.00 Annually
