Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive projects using SAFe Framework and Agile methodologies, attending all regular project meetings including SCRUM daily standups.
• Ensure the project team is delivering on roadmaps, providing project status updates, and resolving blockers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and the team to communicate process and policy changes and ensure adoption.
• Lead weekly team meetings, foster open communication, track action items, and support team morale.
• Keep detailed meeting notes, distribute them to attendees, and log them in Jira.
• Provide clear and thorough project updates to management on a regular basis using standard templates.
• Routinely review processes and policies to identify opportunities for service and operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with skilled software development engineers.
• Strong familiarity with Security work and projects related to security.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to function as a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of software development processes and the full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with projects involving Security PII, CSDL, RBAC, and PBAC.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hybrid work model with two days onsite in the Raleigh-Durham area.
