Responsibilities

• Lead the successful completion of assigned projects by guiding project initiation, planning, execution, reporting, evaluation, and delivery of outcomes.
• Develop and lead project plans, processes, and timelines.
• Deliver products or programs on time, to the specified cost, quality, and performance.
• Identify and document project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Develop processes (RACI's, work breakdown structures), change requests, reports, and tracking.
• Analyze project progress and adjust workflow and assignments accordingly.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication between team members and impacted departments.
• Communicate regularly with internal staff, management, volunteers, and consultants for assigned projects to advance and execute the plan.
• Facilitate meetings.
• Prioritize work assignments, identify and avoid resource collisions while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Forecast future trends for projects to advise resource planning function.
• Identify issues and provide options and solutions for identified risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain a dashboard and reporting structure to be conveyed internally to key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Drive accountability to the program plan(s). Develop a detailed work plan.
• Work closely with departmental leads to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and relevant mind-mapping software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of proven experience.
• Project management experience in product or program development.
• Proficient business analysis skills.
• Proficient knowledge and skill in the use of Project Management applications such as MS Project, Adobe Workfront, or related software.
• Ability to lead and influence without authority.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio or related workflow software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships across all levels and functions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay.

Preferred Experience

• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of PMBOK processes and procedures.
• MBA.

Pay

Salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $68,300.00 to $91,200.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply to the pay range.
