Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager to join our busy team. The Project Manager translates the customer's ideas and requirements into cost effective printed materials and multimedia projects which achieve their objectives and meet their needs. This individual must be creative, detail oriented, driven by quality and sensitive to the production issues related to the jobs.
Responsibilities
- Handle all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Break projects into steps or sets using strong analytical skills
- Manage customer expectations and maintain trust and confidence
- Ensure jobs meet production requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Combine creativity with practical production mentality
- Utilize time and equipment productively while managing multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to secure and maintain customer’s trust and confidence
- Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher preferred
- Ability and willingness to learn new hardware and software techniques
- Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus
- Proven record of customer service and/or sales
- Solid knowledge of POS system and order entry processes
- Design experience for internet and social media platforms a plus
- Excellent customer relation skills required
Requirements
- College/university degree in Communications, Business or Graphic Arts preferred
- Two plus years experience in customer service environment
Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
