Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of the Schedule A Analytics Program; a strategic initiative focused on transforming contract data into enterprise-grade intelligence. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional program that expands analytics capabilities across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving delivery of a complex portfolio of data, analytics, AI, and business process enhancements built on Databricks, contract digitization, data normalization, and cross-system integrations. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the Schedule A Analytics program through completion.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, issues, risks, assumptions, and decisions.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, analytics, product, legal, sales, and operations teams.
- Ensure alignment between business case objectives and delivered capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external contractors.
- Facilitate executive steering committees and stakeholder working sessions.
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented, prioritized, and incorporated into delivery plans.

- Deterministic Query and Response Framework
- Coordinate business validation of analytics outputs and adoption across stakeholder groups.
- Vendor, Contractor & Resource Management:
- Manage a global delivery team consisting of engineers, analysts, and contractors.
- Coordinate staffing plans, onboarding, capacity management, and performance of external resources.
- Monitor resource utilization against approved capital budgets.
- Financial & Executive Accountability:
- Manage the approved capital budget and associated cloud investment.
- Track forecasts, burn rates, financial risks, and variance reporting.
- Provide regular executive-level updates on progress, risks, budget, and value realization.
- Ensure deliverables align with approved business case commitments.
- Change Management & Adoption:
- Drive user adoption strategies across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, and Implementation teams.
- Establish success metrics and benefit realization tracking.
- Coordinate communications, training, and rollout activities.
- Promote enterprise adoption of analytics capabilities and self-service insights.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven success managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding.

Pay
- $73.00 - $74.00 per hour.
- Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
- Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
