Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact
• Reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

$35.00 - $39.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
