Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, from concept and estimating through final delivery and closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost controls to ensure profitability and timely completion
• Lead project planning meetings, progress updates, and on-site coordination
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify risks, constructability issues, and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
• Coverage of procurement of materials, subcontractors, and long-lead items
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and billing schedules

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven background in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Design-build project experience
• Hudson Valley / New York State construction experience
• OSHA certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fishkill, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00/hr.
