Project Manager

Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Critical in this role is relationship management, leadership skills, attitude, and aptitude. Responsibilities Project timeline development Manage project financials to meet or exceed budget expectations Coordinate efforts across entire project between subcontractors, architect, engineer, and general contactor Plan and specification review Subcontractor & supplier buyout Prepare budgets and cost estimates Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Skills mechanical, Project management, Construction, mep Top Skills Details mechanical,Project management,Construction Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Have Mechanical Construction PM experience Start to finish project experience Procore Prefer Degree (Will substitute degree for field exp) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, KY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
