Job Title: Project Manager – Architectural Metal ConstructionJob Description This role oversees the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of architectural metal construction projects, including roofing, wall panels, and façade systems. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, fabricators, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage multiple architectural metal roofing, wall panel, and façade projects from award through closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and deliverable tracking tools.Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project kickoff, coordination, turnover, and closeout meetings to align expectations and ensure smooth execution.Coordinate engineering, fabrication, logistics, and installation activities to support successful project delivery.Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, RFIs, and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Identify project risks, schedule conflicts, and constructability issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and change order negotiations.Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.Support material procurement and production scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure compliance with company quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations.Foster strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships. Essential Skills Minimum 3+ years of project management experience within architectural metal roofing, wall panels, façade systems, cladding, or specialty building envelope products.Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight schedules.Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.Demonstrated project management skills in construction management, materials, manufacturing, and building envelope systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with architectural metals, roofing, wall panel systems, façade systems, and building envelope construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes related to architectural metals and building envelope systems.PMP certification or formal project management training.Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.Prior experience coordinating with architects, façade consultants, and general contractors.Interest in working on architecturally significant and technically complex building envelope projects.Motivation to grow within a specialized and expanding industry focused on architectural metals and façade systems. Work Environment This is a full-time, salaried position with a Monday–Friday schedule (specific hours to be determined). The role is based on-site in an office environment at the company’s headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. The Project Manager works closely with a collaborative and innovative team and regularly interacts with clients, architects, engineers, fabricators, and installers.
