Project Manager Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support the development of client presentations and reports.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and knowledge management processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-ops, or coursework will be considered).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A basic understanding of knowledge management concepts, taxonomies, ontologies, and data structures.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• An interest in technology and consulting services.
• A problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000, with most candidates likely to fall in the lower half.

Schedule

This hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable commutable distance of our Arlington, VA office and that you are willing to be on-site 3 days a week.
