As a mentor and client-facing professional, the PM-3 plays a strategic role in elevating team performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and advancing the company’s mission of quality-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to PM-1s and PM-2s.
• Lead high-profile and complex commercial projects from planning to close-out.
• Manage performance, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure project success.
• Act as the primary liaison for key builder and general-contractor partnerships.
• Provide leadership and guidance to PM-1s and PM-2s through effective communication and coaching.
