About the role

As a Project Manager, you will plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project, either independently or by leading a team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications, facilitating collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure readiness for the new case management system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of enterprise-level projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure project readiness for the new case management system.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience with enterprise-level projects and initiatives, leveraging industry-standard best practices in project or program management.
• 5 years of experience working independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under short and firm deadlines.
• 5 years of strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in data-related projects.
• 5 years of demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, business subject area leaders, and project staff.
• 5 years of advanced interpersonal skills: adept at quickly developing relationships and working with individuals at all levels.
• 5 years of excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• 1 year of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with child welfare case management systems.
