We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in client delivery, consulting, and software implementation to manage complex, medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across multiple domains, including:
  • System integrations and software implementations
  • Data management, visualization, and architecture
  • IT strategy and program management
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: estimation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, risk/issue management, change control, and delivery.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Support Statement of Work (SOW) creation, resource planning, and client presentations.
• Manage project expectations, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities to support business development and expand client relationships.
• Review and approve project-related financials, including invoices, timesheets, and expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing medium to large, complex projects.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of technology, information systems, data, and business processes.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the utilities or energy industry.
• Experience leading technical and functional teams in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with system integrations and enterprise software implementations.
