Project Management Tool Implementation Lead- Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the selection and implementation of an enterprise-wide project and program management tool, working closely with the Project Management Team and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop detailed process maps, technical requirements, and future-state workflows to support the implementation of the selected project management solution.
  • Develop and launch the Request for Information (RFI) and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including technical and functional requirements, vendor evaluation criteria, and scoring methodologies.
  • Develop vendor evaluation frameworks, comparison matrices, recommendation reports, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and procurement evaluation documentation.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, including project lifecycle standards, roles and responsibilities, templates, workflows, reporting standards, and tool administration procedures.
  • Develop and maintain executive status reports, project board presentations, KPIs, adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and risk and issue reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to develop the implementation roadmap, coordinate project activities, and support change management and adoption.
  • Maintain project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and provide timely reporting and escalation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Cook with the selected vendor on implementation activities, including the go-live plan, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment checklists, and post-go-live checks.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and supporting documentation for the ongoing administration and use of the project management tool.
  • Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned, knowledge transfer, operational support handover, final acceptance, and sign-off.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a similar field. A first-level degree may be accepted in combination with two more qualifying years of experience.
  • Five (5) years of proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is required.
  • Proven track record of leading at least one to three enterprise-wide project management tool implementations is required (such as ClickUp, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, etc.).
  • At least five (5) years of experience operating within highly regulated or financial institutions is desired.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel).
  • Ability to effectively track project status, raise alerts, and keep an up-to-date status.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and oversee the different stages of the project.
  • Proficiency in designing workflows and mapping processes.
  • PRINCE2 Certification, PMI, Agile, or Scrum Master.

Work Location

Total Remuneration

USD 4,900 – 7,800 (monthly)
