Project Management Technician

About the Role

Help maintain U-Haul facilities to support colleagues in delivering the highest standard of service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks using tools and equipment in areas such as carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs.
• Collaborate on projects or work independently as needed.
• Operate a motor vehicle in compliance with all local regulations (valid driver’s license and good driving record required).

Work Environment

The role requires observing safety precautions while working around moving parts and maintenance machinery. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

Physical Demands

• Work involves physical exertion, including long periods indoors and outdoors while stationary, traversing spaces, and repositioning to reach and use tools.
• Ability to move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
