About the role
VIKA is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist/Office Manager to join our dynamic Jacksonville, Florida office. This individual will support project management across departments and serve as the day-to-day office manager.
Responsibilities
- Supports project management across departments
- Serves as the primary point of contact for building management
- Manages office supplies and equipment inventory
- Serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding new hires
- Prepares and types proposals, contracts, and additional service agreements
- Administers administrative writing and formatting tasks
- Manages office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinates facility-related needs, maintenance requests, and office access matters
- Supports onboarding logistics for new hires
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Accounting, Finance, or Business degrees preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in administrative spaces minimum
- Knowledge and experience in the engineering & land development industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in deadline-oriented environment
- Self-starter who is results-oriented, personable, and eager to work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency
- Poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and complete assigned tasks independently is required
- Knowledge and experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantage Point is a plus
- Other large ERP systems are also a plus
Qualifications

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
