Project Management Specialist (General Project Mgmt)

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the team in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs, and change‑driven activities in accordance with project‑management industry standards.
• Directs and provides high‑level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, prepares reports, and oversees planning requests.
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case.
• Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.
• Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change, and baseline‑management processes, techniques, and tools considered best practices across the industry.
• Serves as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
• Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience leading projects and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Experience managing supply‑chain projects.
• Business process modeling or business process improvement experience.

Pay

Summary pay range: $147,900 – $200,100. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
