Project Management Senior

Job Summary

Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing multiple divisional/departmental projects within the organization. Participates in multiple divisional /departmental projects/programs to ensure all project components including computer systems, policies, processes, performance standards, and training are identified, assigned, and completed across department/ division lines. Assists in preparation of reports and briefings to committees, management, and division heads as directed. Track and communicate project status to other team members and manager. Performs the collection, analysis, and reporting of project status. Participates on various committees and task forces to ensure consideration of project needs and provides documentation to support those needs. Analyzes any problems/issues/concerns involving all aspects of the project and takes necessary actions to resolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, MIS or directly related discipline.
• 4 years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in the use of project management/planning software a plus.
• Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Knowledge and application of QDM practices/principles a plus.
• Competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred along with SharePoint.
• Strong human relations, leadership and communication skills.
