About the role
F-35 Pilot Training Center Logistics Representative will provide technical services required to perform supply operations supporting F-35 Maintenance and Pilot Training. These tasks include shipping, receiving and inventorying parts, building kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support Hands on Training for Outer Mold Line, Flexible Linear Shaped Charge and Fiber Optic Training Classes, and monitoring stock levels required to support Maintenance and Pilot Training Devices.
Responsibilities include providing kit/parts status, assisting with part number/National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for training support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification and handling, organizational refusals, and kit deliveries. The role also involves administering property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations.
Travel is required. May be requested to work different shifts when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform supply operations including shipping, receiving, and inventorying parts
- Build kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support Hands on Training
- Monitor stock levels for Maintenance and Pilot Training Devices
- Provide kit/parts status and assist with part number/National Stock Number verification
- Respond to customer requests for training support
- Assist with shelf life, ESD identification, and handling
- Manage organizational refusals and kit deliveries
- Administer property control program activities for accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervention/problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Requirements
- Understanding of F-35 Supply Chain Management and Material Control
- Experience and working knowledge with JSF sustainment tools: Joint Technical Data (JTD), Product Data Manager (PDM), JSF Data Library (JDL), Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired Skills
- Prior military service at multiple levels of maintenance, logistics, and support of 5th generation fighter aircraft
- General knowledge of parts forecasting & optimization processes and linkage to budget management
- Working knowledge of SAPF area
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $85,300.00 - $158,300.00
The salary range is a general guideline. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market/work location when extending an offer.
