Project Management Consultant-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for project execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead high-level decision-making in budget and schedule optimization.
- Absess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects.
- Participate in walk-downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work, and review contractor payment requests.
- Verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues.
- Cookordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.
- Assist in scope control, budget oversight, and resolution of technical issues.
- Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in construction execution and project management strategy.
- Cookordinate activities for groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, including high-value infrastructure or renewable energy developments. Experience in the construction or renewables industry is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in multi-disciplinary project execution, construction leadership, advanced project scheduling software, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
