Project Management Consultant for the South Carolina Domestic Violence Legal Partnership (SCDVLP)

RemoteRemoteProject ManagementContract
Proposals Due by November 9, 2026 PROJECT PERIOD: January 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028 PROJECT OVERVIEW The South Carolina Domestic Violence Legal Partnership (SCDVLP) is a statewide planning, research, and implementation initiative focused on strengthening civil legal services for survivors of domestic violence in South Carolina. SCDVLP brings together legal-service providers, statewide advocacy organizations, access-to-justice partners, survivors, and other stakeholders to learn from existing programs and build a stronger, more coordinated system. The Project is led by the SCDVLP Steering Committee, which includes representatives from legal aid organizations - Charleston Legal Access, Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services, Lowcountry Legal Volunteers, and SC Legal Services; statewide victim services organizations – SC Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (SCCADVASA) and the SC Victim Assistance Network, and the SC Access to Justice Commission. Funding for this partnership and the services of the Project Management Consultant is made possible by a multi-year Impact Grant from the SC Bar Foundation. SCCADVASA serves as the partnership’s fiscal agent. PURPOSE The Project will examine how different models of legal service delivery to victims of domestic violence operate in practice, what each model requires to succeed, and how effective approaches can be improved, adapted, or expanded. It does not assume that one model will fit every community. Instead, the research will identify the conditions, resources, partnerships, and safeguards needed for each approach to serve survivors effectively. *See Project description linked below for additional information.
