Opportunity Overview

The Project Management Consultant - Early-Stage Solar Contract is a 1-year position based in Juno Beach, FL. No per diem or relocation assistance is offered, requiring candidates to live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering
• Financial and data analysis skills
• Mechanical awareness and interest in technical variables
• Construction, energy industry, or solar experience
• Strong interest in career growth on the Project Management path

Your Day-to-Day

• Take ownership of assigned Solar projects while collaborating with the Regional Lead to manage projects through the Early-Stage process
• Daily management of each assigned Solar project, encompassing technical, commercial, and financial aspects
• Analyze technical and financial data, build notable variables, indicators, and trends
• Create, take ownership over, and manage assigned Solar project capital budget
• Serve as development and permitting support, coordinating with subject matter experts
• Facilitate Engineering and actively engage in problem resolution
• Support capital budget activities through approvals
• Develop a viable construction plan and schedule
• Support negotiations and execution of commercial contracts
• Investigate optimization opportunities
• Participate in multiple software applications to support project activities, manage critical data, and deliverables
• Communicate and interface with Executive Leadership with support from the Regional Lead
• Perform all other daily tasks required by the Regional Lead to maintain group organization, data deliverables, team readiness, and individual project viability
