Project Management Analyst

Location: Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE) – hybrid / telework eligible (routine and situational telework authorized; facility space restrictions may require part-time or full-time telework). Must be able to obtain and maintain a TIER 2 non-critical sensitive clearance. Full-time position.

About the role

Knowesis is seeking two Project Management Analysts to support the execution of specified PHCoE strategic initiatives. This role tracks project milestones, monitors constraints, and assists in ensuring projects are delivered on time and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional project management support to specified PHCoE strategic initiatives and higher-level projects.
• Monitor and manage specified project objectives, constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), and project risk.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates through project audits.
• Assist in the development of systems and maintenance of records that facilitate monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of all Center projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or project analysis.

Qualifications

• CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience utilizing PMBok methodologies in a federal or healthcare environment (preferred).

Pay

$95,000 – $108,000 per year.
