Role Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Apply project management methodologies and analysis techniques, adapting as necessary to project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management team members.
- Cook up with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel to project/construction sites as required, supporting on-site project activities and inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of related project management experience, with preferred 8 years.
- Proficiency with business computer tools such as Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and risk management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license (may be required).
- CAPM certification is desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay
Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 – $47.00 hourly
