Project Lead - Residential Remodeling

About the role

An MDBG Project Lead is the primary onsite representative of our company and the overall coordinator and builder of our construction projects. He/she holds primary responsibility for the success of projects managed, success being defined as completed on time and on budget exactly as promised, at or above the projected gross margin the job was originally estimated with, while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the “Scope of Work” is completed to the high standard our Company strives to attain
• Executing all communications necessary to deliver on the above in a timely and professional manner
• Being on site 80 to 90% of the time, wearing a tool belt, performing carpentry work and other trades when necessary
• Communicating with Home Owners and our Trade Partners
• Managing the project from start to finish
